As a background / extra performer, you are required to fully uphold the codes of Talent.In.Action and of each production.

Zero Tolerance for Discrimination:




Talent.In.Action strictly prohibits discrimination of any kind—on the basis of age, gender, appearance, heritage, ethnicity, religion, ability, or any other factor. Any act, language, or behavior that violates anti-discrimination policies will result in immediate dismissal from present and future background / extra assignments.




Full Compliance with Production Instructions:




All background / extra performers must follow every instruction given by the production or on-set representatives (such as assistant directors, coordinators, or any production staff).
Failure to comply with any production direction or code will result in immediate dismissal from set and loss of all future work.

Professionalism:



Prompt replies to work assignments are mandatory.
Every background / extra performer must always uphold the highest standards of respect, punctuality, discretion, and conduct.

Any misconduct, insubordination, or breach of protocol during production or registering is grounds for immediate dismissal.

Smoking / vaping is strictly prohibited on set.

It is strictly forbidden to take photographs, videos, or make any recordings (including for social media) at any time on set or during production. Any violation will result in immediate dismissal and removal from all current and future assignments.
